Privacy Policy — ESS Gmail MCP

ESS Gmail MCP is an internal tool operated by Elevated Sprocket Solutions LLC ("ESS", "we"). It lets the ESS founder use AI assistants to read, organize and draft email in Gmail accounts he personally owns or is assigned. It is not offered to the public.

What we access

With your authorization, the app uses the Gmail API (gmail.modify scope) to read messages and threads, apply labels, archive, move items to trash or spam, and create drafts. The app does not send email. All sending is done manually by the account owner.

How data is stored

• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to access the account that granted them.
• Email content is processed only to answer the account owner's requests and is not stored by the app.
• An audit log records the account, action, time and message/thread IDs. It contains no email content.

How data is used and shared

Data is used only to provide the features above to the account owner. We do not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to run the service (for example, our hosting provider). We do not use Gmail data to train AI models.

ESS Gmail MCP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tokens for a revoked account are deleted from our storage.
